The Thang

34 Minute Houdini WOD, plan was for 30 mins

34 min running clock, as many rounds as possible

  • 1 lap
  • 40 big boys
  • 30 squats
  • 20 ‘mericans
  • 10 burpees
  • rinse and repeat for 34 mins

Pax mosey on first lap, explain above on first lap to save time and increase efficiency
